Advisory is a thinking partnership, not a report. You get someone who has been COO, CMO, and founder — who has scaled teams, run GTM, managed boards, and made calls under uncertainty. The sessions are direct. I'll tell you what I see, including the things you might not want to hear.
Advisory works in two stages. The sprint gets you a clear picture of where things stand and what to do first. The ongoing advisory keeps the thinking partnership going as you act on it.
Most clients do both. Some go on from there to Connected Paths for full implementation across the business. I'll tell you directly if I think that's the right next step.
Tier 1: Clarity & Plan — £3,000
A focused three-session engagement over 3–4 weeks. For B2B founders and CEOs who want a clear-eyed view of their business from someone who has operated across the full stack — growth, operations, product, and team.

Discovery
I get under the hood. Your growth model, your operational foundations, the decisions on the table, where time and money are quietly leaking, what you've already tried with AI.
Session 2
Challenge
My read on the situation — what I'm seeing that you might not be, where the real leverage points are, what the common traps look like in businesses like yours.
Session 3
Plan
A clear, prioritised set of moves across growth and operations. Practical, not theoretical. Includes an honest view on whether a Connected Paths engagement makes sense as a next step.
Light async access between sessions included.
After the sprint, most clients continue with ongoing advisory. Some go straight to Connected Paths for implementation. A few take the plan and run with it themselves — that's fine too.
Tier 2: Ongoing Advisory — £1,500/month
For clients who want to keep the thinking partnership going as they execute.
The sprint surfaces where things stand and what to prioritise. The ongoing advisory keeps you moving — as you hit decisions, run into resistance, or want a straight view before committing to something significant.
