About Riaz Kanani

I translate cutting-edge technology into business moves that make sense.

I’ve spent over 20 years building and scaling B2B products, services and marketing technology – from early-stage startups through to exits, and now as founder and CEO of Radiate B2B, a B2B advertising and intent data platform.

Today I work with founders, leadership teams and organisations that need someone who understands both the tech and the business – and can connect the two in plain language.

What I do today

Consulting & fractional support

I partner with B2B companies as a consultant or fractional leader to:

  • Make sense of where AI and new technology actually fit in their products, marketing and processes
  • Redesign messy workflows so people and tools work together, not against each other
  • Turn complex technical possibilities into clear, prioritised plans the business can execute against

Mentoring for founders and leaders

I mentor a small number of founders, operators and senior leaders 1:1. The focus is on clearer thinking and better decisions where technology, product, marketing and operations intersect – especially when you’re under pressure to “have an AI strategy” and still run the day-to-day business.

Speaking & workshops

I speak at conferences, offsites and client events about what AI and new technology really change in business: how work gets done, how products are built and marketed, and how to talk about all of that with non-technical audiences.

What I'm known for

Over the years I’ve been recognised as:

  • Founder & CEO of Radiate B2B, a B2B advertising and intent data platform focused on accelerating enterprise sales.
  • A leading global account-based marketing thought leader, listed by B2B Marketing in their Top 25 ABM Opinion Leaders.
  • One of the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech, recognised by Diversity UK / Asians in Tech.
  • A serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling successful martech and services businesses.
  • A nominated Entrepreneur of the Year (2019), recognising that track record of building and scaling companies.

I’ve also:

  • Built one of the world’s largest video advertising networks, which exited to Silverpop – a marketing automation company that itself later exited to IBM.
  • Sat on the DMA Email Marketing Council, helping set best practices, shape privacy standards and judge industry awards.
  • Appeared on podcasts and stages around the world to talk about ABM, intent data, AI and the future of B2B marketing.

Underneath all of that is a consistent theme: using new technology to change how companies find customers, tell their story and run the business.
