Pretty shocked to see this in my inbox from RIB estate agents in Fitzrovia:

The vendor of this property has offer in the region of £235,000 that he is on the point of accepting through another agent , if you are interested please let me know as soon as possible and I’ll will show you the apartment

Times are tough.. but this sort of practice can surely never be condoned.
