It is laid out according to what actual people are doing and what this means to you as the website owner, allowing you to improve your website and increase your target metrics (whether thats revenues, downloads, whatever). It wiped away years of geek terminology which meant very little and replaced it with real world metrics – this is the way we should have looked at analytics right from the beginning – it would have made offline companies’ online adoption cleaner and smoother.
