the problem with online billing

A benefit of being online is that you no longer need to receive all those statements through the post – you can reduce the amount of paper lying around and access them online instead. I have slowly been moving everything across to this but have come a cropper. I need a utility bill in some circumstances for identification and they only want the original – not one from my printer. So my only option seems to be to change to paper billing, resend my bill and then change back to online billing again. What a pain 🙁
